Stop losing client emails in a crowded inbox
Account executives and creative teams juggle dozens of clients. Folder Suggest predicts the right account folder for every email so nothing slips through the cracks.
Agency inboxes are chaotic by default
When you manage 10 or 20 client accounts, every email thread is a potential misfiling. The cost is not just disorganisation. It is missed deadlines, duplicated work, and client trust that erodes one dropped ball at a time.
Lost in the search
A client asks for last month's performance report. You know it exists somewhere in your inbox. You spend four minutes searching, trying different keywords, before finding it buried in the wrong account folder. Multiply that by a dozen requests per week.
Scope creep goes untracked
A client casually adds deliverables in a reply to an unrelated thread. Because the email never reaches the SOW folder, nobody flags it as out-of-scope until the invoice conversation begins. By then, the work is done and the conversation is uncomfortable.
Handoffs between team members break
When an account executive goes on leave, the backup needs to find six months of client history spread across unfiled inbox emails, sent items, and half-used folders. A clean folder structure would take minutes to hand over. A messy one takes hours.
Folder Suggest fixes the filing bottleneck
The add-in reads each email and compares it against content already stored in your folders. It surfaces the most likely account folder at the top of a ranked list. You confirm with one click.
It works with whatever folder structure you already have. No rules to set up. No training period. If you have a Clients folder with subfolders for each account, Folder Suggest will start routing emails correctly from the first use.
When multiple clients share similar subject lines (think "Q2 Report" or "Invoice attached"), the add-in distinguishes between them by analysing the full email content, not just the subject or sender address.
- Works with your existing folder structure from day one
- Distinguishes between clients even when subjects overlap
- Ranks up to seven folder alternatives with confidence scores
- One-click filing, one-click undo
- Pinnable pane in Outlook classic for back-to-back filing
- No configuration, no rules, no training
Client data stays on your device
Agency teams handle sensitive client information daily: NDA-bound creative briefs, media spend data, pre-launch campaigns. Folder Suggest processes everything locally. The AI model runs inside your browser. No email content is ever transmitted to an external server.
There is no cloud component. The model file downloads once (~20 MB) and is cached in your browser. Every subsequent suggestion runs on your machine.

How it works
Pick any inbox email
Client approval, feedback thread, SOW revision. Open it in Outlook and click "Folder Suggest" from the ribbon.
Review the account match
The add-in compares the email against content already filed in your folders. The best-matching account folder leads the ranked list with a confidence percentage.
Confirm and move on
Click once to file the email. If a different folder fits better, select it from the alternatives. Undo is always available after every move.
