How it works
Buy with your work email
Choose the number of seats and pay with your work address (name@yourcompany.com). That address is what ties the purchase to your organisation.
Colleagues install the add-in
Each person installs Folder Suggest from the Microsoft Marketplace and signs in with their Microsoft 365 work account. There is nothing to assign: people in your organisation get a seat as they sign in, until the seats you bought are taken.
Manage it in one place
The person who paid gets a billing portal to add or remove seats, see invoices and update payment details. Seats can also be handed out by email address there.

Team FAQ
Who gets a seat?
Anyone who opens the add-in with a Microsoft 365 work account in the same organisation as the email address you paid with. Seats go to people in the order they sign in, until all the seats you bought are taken. Anyone beyond that keeps the free plan (5 filed emails a day) until you add seats in the billing portal.
Can we try it before buying?
Yes. Everyone can install Folder Suggest and use the free plan, with every feature, for as long as you like. Buying seats only removes the daily limit.
Some of us use personal Outlook.com accounts. Does that work?
Seats are only given out automatically to work accounts. For anyone else, the billing manager can assign a seat by email address in the billing portal; that person then opens the add-in signed in with the same address.
Someone already pays for Pro. What happens to their subscription?
Email us at hello@foldersuggest.com and we’ll move them onto your team and stop their own subscription from renewing.
Do we get an invoice with VAT?
Yes. Polar, our merchant of record, issues the invoices and handles VAT. At checkout, tick “I’m purchasing as a business” to add your company name and VAT or tax ID.
What do you store about our team?
The subscription status and, for each person, their Microsoft account id and the organisation it belongs to. The AI runs on each person’s device, and email content never reaches us. See the privacy policy.
Can we cancel?
Anytime, from the billing portal. Everyone keeps unlimited filing until the end of the period you paid for, then returns to the free plan. Nothing is deleted.
We need more than 99 seats.
